Asking Alexandria Things

I just want to thank everyone who submitted a post for the question “Why do you like Asking Alexandria?”. I thought every single one was a good entry, but unfortunately I had to pick the 10 best. Here they are! (in no particular order):

i love Asking Alexandria for a lot of reasons. theyre not like other hardcore/metal bands that sing about weed and sex. they sing about the struggles theyve been through and how things get better. theyre inspirational and they love their fans. they dont deal with anyones shit. they support eachother such as Danny going to rehab.i enjoy watching their videos because they make me laugh. that is why i love Asking Alexandria.

i LOVE Asking Alexandria because, they are amazing and talented people who don’t give a fuck what anyone thinks about them. Also they’re from England and make me proud to be British despite all crap that our music industries produce. whatever mood I’m in I can always listen to them and they always seem to make me feel better, they make me smile when I’m upset, they make me laugh when I cry and they make me more confident in who i am. In all i have many reasons to love them x

I like asking alexandria because their music is amazing, the pure and subtle fact that they put nothing but their heart and soul into making the music for just themselves, not to impress anyone is the reason why i love them so much. Not to mention every single one of them is just downright adorable.

Mine is too long. But I don’t just like Asking Alexandria, I love them. They saved me from killing myself. They taught me, not only to live life to the fullest and have a good time but also not to give a fuck about anyone eles opinion. I really don’t know where I would be without them. Their minds, talents, and ideas make me actually want to live.

Answer to your question: Growing up my dad was a heroin addict and he used to beat the living shit out of me. They were the only band that had lyrics that actually meant something. They didn’t sing about stupid shit but about life situations. And because of them I learned that I can’t live in a world where someone didn’t respect me and we kicked him out. A few years later he died of an over dose, When he did, AA came out with to the stage and it felt as if they knew what was going on in my life.

I love AA because they’re every single one of their songs is so… orgasmic and catchy and beautifully written. Danny does the best screaming OVER ANYONE, it’s so clear and strong, and he has an amazing voice to go with it. Ben is just as amazing at singing, too. Their guitar riffs are great and they have one of the best droomers. They have the right amount of screaming and singing in every song and I can relate to them. Their music is perfect. They’ve saved me, honestly countless of times. And besides that, they’re all great guys; fucking hilarious and so nice to their fans and sweet overall. I love them so much. More than anything else, as silly as that sounds. <3

Ok, I love AA because I relate to their songs, everything they say is a life experience I already have and because the love of my live was the one who show me who AA was, he love the guys so much but then he died and for me AA is the way to keep him close, for me AA is so much more than a band, is a life style. that’s why. I can’t put into words how much AA means to me but I love them and I can’t want for see them the semptember 30th!

Why I love (not like) Asking so much is because they legitimately saved my life. i didn’t even have to understand their lyrics to love them. the way their personalities are and were and how they have a fantastic time on stage and don’t give a fuck what anyone has to say about what they do really inspired me. they gave me a reason to live and a way to accept myself. they helped me deal with my problems, and although they’ll never know that i wish they did. to know how much they mean to me. :3

I love asking alexandria because they’ve helped me realize that what I think is normal. I’ve also met some really cool people at a gig. for me, asking alexandria is an answer to all of my questions, their music is great and their sexiness and funniness is also an added bonus.
